the Leaders of the New School vs Ptv

"Bleeders of the New School" part 2 of the "Golden Era Gross-out" trading card series.
The Leaders of the New School were a rap group from Uniondale New York, that came out with their debut album a Future Without a Past in 1991. Comprised of MC's Busta Rhymes, Dinco D, and Charlie Brown, they kicked crazy styles and put out a couple excellent albums.
If you ain't heard 'em before, then check this out...

HEY! You can't afford a $65 "skin" for your MPC!
But that's aight, MPC Skins are for suckers!
If you wanna make your MPC look stupid, there are cheaper ways of doin' that.
First what you gotta do, is go on ebay or somewhere, find some unused sticker sheets intended for something else, that you can use out of context.
I went with arcade game sticker sheets.

Get your scissors out and get to work. Place the stickers in cool places.

From now on when you're programming drum patterns, it'll feel like you're laying out a critical beatdown on some punk at the arcade.

Why not add some flavor to those 1200's while you're at it?

What about lunch?

That's right y'all, this is nicer than some MPC Skin. I think?
While on the topic of beat machines, check out this funky raw/poorly mixed beat I made:
PEACE!

On the gross out parody tip, ala GPK...
Yo! PhlegmTV Raps trading cards!

"Turd Bass", Part 1 of a Garbage Pail Kids inspired "golden era gross-out" series.
3rd Bass' debut album "the Cactus Album" dropped in 89. They're probably most remembered for dissing wack rappers like MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice... either that, or for being "the other white rap group" after the Beastie Boys. 3rd Bass respected Hip Hop culture, and get respect back for being dope.
Here's one of my favorite tracks:
Look for the skinny brother in glasses, that's a young Zev Love X aka MF DOOM. And who's that Puerto Rican with the high top fade, could that be Kurious Jorge? fresh
